Returns

To avoid the need for returns, please consult our size guides available in all product descriptions. If you require further assistance with sizing, please get in touch, and one of our team members will provide precise measurements and additional guidance.

Standard Returns Policy

If your purchase doesn’t fully meet your expectations, we operate a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund (excluding shipping costs), an exchange, or a credit note. Customers must initiate returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds are processed within 2 working days after receiving and approving the item(s) at our premises. Exchanges and credit notes are processed on the same working day. Please note that we have no control over the duration of your payment provider’s processing of your refunded funds. In such cases, please contact the relevant third-party provider.

Please be aware that swimwear, underwear, and socks are non-returnable items. However, we can furnish you with precise measurements upon request to help you find the best size and fit.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, in the original packaging, and with all tags and security tags intact. Returns will not be accepted if tags have been removed and reattached to the product. We conduct thorough quality checks on all items before dispatch. Additionally, gift cards are non-returnable.

To initiate your return, please visit: [Link to Returns Center] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the necessary information to complete the return. Please ensure that you return the item(s) within 14 days from the delivery date, and kindly use Royal Mail as the delivery service, with shipping costs covered by the buyer.

Please note that we conduct rigorous inspections on returned items and can identify if an item has been worn, washed, damaged, or had its tags removed. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item(s) arrive in a different condition from what we originally sent. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for the return postage to their address.

The buyer is responsible for return delivery costs.
Items must be returned in the same condition as sent.
Items must be returned using Royal Mail only.
Items cannot be returned if purchased with a gift code.

Sale Items (if applicable)

As per gov.uk, “Customers have exactly the same rights to refunds when they buy items in a sale as when they buy them at full price.”

Defects/Damages

As previously mentioned, we perform a comprehensive quality check on every item before dispatch. If you need to return your item(s) due to a defect or damage, please contact us at info@fivefingerurbanwear.com with your order number, pictures of the defect or damage, and additional information. We will assess whether this qualifies for a full refund. Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been washed, altered, or damaged through wear and tear.

Sourced Items

Items sourced upon request are eligible for exchange only; full refunds are not available. This applies to our external personal shopping service exclusively. All items permanently listed on the website are eligible for return.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please complete the form already in the box. If this has been lost however the digital copy is here.

Print it out stick the slip inside the package and stick the address on the front of the package.

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs. If we do not receive the item(s) due to lost mail or an incorrect address, we will not process the return. Five Finger Urbanwear bears no responsibility for items posted by customers. We recommend using an insured and trackable service with Royal Mail to ensure the safe return of your item. Legal ownership of goods remains with Five Finger Urbanwear until orders are delivered, and all payments have cleared. Goods are insured during transit, and you assume full responsibility upon delivery. In the event of Five Finger Urbanwear issuing a refund, legal ownership of the goods will revert to Five Finger Urbanwear immediately upon receiving and approving the return(s).

Black Friday Returns Policy

Due to heavily discounted prices, we are unable to offer refunds during Black Friday. If your purchase does not fully satisfy you, you can return your item for an exchange or credit note. The terms and procedures outlined in our standard returns policy will apply as usual. Your order will also be eligible for our extended Christmas returns policy, as mentioned above.
